Lowering LGF-1/Test for Bloods

Going in to a "lifestyle clinic" this Thursday for bloods and consultation. From what I took over the phone, this doctor prescribes according to your personal goals and physical expectations. Im at the age were I quality and have some of the qualified symptoms. I was always reluctant to see a doctor but this guy seems game to what Im looking for. So what the hell why not go?

Is there a way to keep IGF-1 and test levels low until and on draw? Probably zero exercise, no protein and obviously no HGH use... (oh I told him all my uses already).

Thank you guys.

Obviously the GH has to be out. It takes about two weeks of GH use before IGF is elevated so I would guess that you would need at least this amount of time off of GH to get the IGF down. Also, you can try to limit meats and proteins. Eat mainly veggies. Also there are studies that show that Metformin (Glucophage) can lower IGF. Possibly staying out of the sun for a few days could help.

As for lowering Test levels. You can do a cycle of Test P and then it will shut down your natty production but you have to time it right so the exogenous Test is out of your system before the blood work. Or you could do an oral only cycle and that should suppress your HPTA and give a low Test reading. Get blood work done on your own before the DRs lab work to ensure proper timing.

Of course there are WELL ESTABLISHED means of lowering both TT and GH/IGF but why the subterfuge if you "told my doctor all my uses already" ?

Hey thanks for the suggestions! Going in this morning.

But nothing will lower these levels in 24 hours of less, LOL

I hope you devoted considerably more time to the thought of using these PEDs than you did on your two Meso posts, goodness!

I thought about this yes and decided that there is no reason to manipulate or attempt to further manipulate the test if the clinic was already aware of my usage. I've been off hgh for 2 weeks btw, the rest were just questions in attempt to lower levels further in a short time.

And yes I devote time to anything I plan on doing "Doctor". Ive been looking at PED for a year now. Just looking for advice as I am not in another other circles besides this forum. Ive been able to gather invaluable information for the board which I thank you. No need to troll the new guy :)

Well, my baseline bloods came back and then did 5iu HGH 3 hours before another test and they came back unchanged. OH well, ill keep trying.

Sleep no more than four hours a night. Eat junk food. Don't train at all. Worry and stress about everything in life. Smile less, try not to laugh. That might do it.

Kinda sucks, I rather put in the work to find a source for pharma and/or generic hgh. Might as well throw peptides and insulin into the mix while you're at it too. Good luck!
