LR3 Igf-1+MGF cycle help

Okay, basically ive done aprox 8 hours (just within the past couple days) researching the best protocol, from what I understand MGF taken pwo and igf 30 min later seems to be the best one. Now... I would love for someone to shed light as to if this really is the best protocol, and if it is what about my eating schedule? Ive read to not eat 15 min after peptide injection, but then ive read that you need to eat immediatley after injection......so confused. And if I didnt eat until all my peptides were shot, that would mean id be waiting for 45 min after my workout to eat (drink shake), which is definately not ideal from what I understand. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
 
Do your peptides, GH, or whatever immediately PWO. Wait half hour then do your protein shake (or whatever sustenance you need).

IGF-1 has a hlaf-life of about 30 minutes, IGF-1 Long R3 has a half life of 30 hours so if you are using LR3 you can pretty much inject whenever they want. If not you will want to do it right after a work out as you take a shake or do the shake first then inject. MGF should be injected actually about the middle of a workout because it only has a half-life of about 5 minutes. It can be taken right after a workout too. MGF has such a short usable time in your body that taking it before a workout almost seems like a waste. As for eating. You need to feed your body but to eat less than 45 mins before a workout is more than likely to effect your work out negatively. I would recommend eating 90 mins before a workout and injecting both and eating again within 30 mins after a workout.
