Been reading and lurking.
Not looking for super gains, just get a bit fitter and healthier looking at my ripe old age of 41.

Already on sustanon250, 150mg split 3 days, just looking at other options and information.

What blood work do you do

What do your most recent labs look like?
Did a basic male hormone panel before starting and another one two weeks in.

I cant get a full panel done at the moment as where I live there are no clinics to do blood draws anywhere near me and the ones that come to you that I've found only work until 5pm, which is useless as I work from 7am til gone 5pm everyday.

I'm gonna take a day off in the next few weeks and book an appointment somewhere.

First bloods showed low end of "normal" T and free T as well as high side of normal SHBG. Everything else was ok. T was 16.9 nmol/l, free T was 0.290nmol/l

Seconds bloods, T and free T were way up, 36.200nmol/l and 0.776 nmol/l respectively, SHBG was still on the higher side of of mormal, FSH and Lh were low as expected, Oestradiol, prolactin and albumin are all in the normal range.

Like I said, just trying to feel human again, I've been exhausted for years. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2017 after a failed spinal surgery in 2011. I believe along with that I may have CFS too.
Tried everything over the years to try get some kind of energy back.
I exercise loads, have a very physical job, eat well, but nothing seems to help.

I did gain a fair bit of weight from 2018 onwards, so early last year I started on mounjaro and lost 30kg.
I'm now around 65kg at 5' 7 and looking to build back some of the muscle and strength I lost over that period. I noticed my strength had decreased significantly doing my job, as I'm lifting very heavy things all day.
Starting to notice a difference in strength already, things feel lighter and I've more endurance through the day.
