Macro-nutrient formula

Hey guys, I have a question for anybody in the "know". I am currently running a cycle of Tren A/ Test P/ T3, I also have Winny to add at the end. I am 6'1'' around 220 @ 13% BF....my goal is to 1) keep ALL current muscle mass, and 2) lose MAX body fat. I really need a good "base-line" diet, or macro-nutrient formula to help facilitate this goal. I was hoping that the inclusion of T3 would help me as far as NOT having to starve myself, and the Tren A should help with better usage of my macro-nutrients in all....right? Will a 60/10/30 profile help with losing body fat? Should I be doing a "Ketogenic" type diet? All input would be great. :D

This is my training routine (projected):
Resistence 4-6 x per week. I prefer 6x but this may be too much, a min. of 4 x.
Cardio 4-7 x per week, shouldn't I be doing cardio 7x until I reach BF % goal? Need help here.
