Making your own synthetic ECA stack

I wanted to try making my own ECA stack with some ephedrine HCL,Caffeine tablets and Aspirin.How much of each product should i use for an effective dosage.The ephedrine HCL can be bought at any gas station and both caffeine pills(such as stay awake) and aspirin are sold otc at any walgreens and eckerd.Would such a combination be better than the mahuang combos currently being sold(although soon they will be banned).

currently i'm taking caffeine at 400mg/day- 200/morning, 200 afternoon.

I take ephedra 45mg/day--30 first thing in the morning and 15 with my afternoon caffeine.

the scientifically proven ratios are 10/1 caffiene to ephedrine....the ephedrine tablets are 25mg/ just take 1 no-doz or vivarin per ephedrine tablet, this shit aint nuthin new been doin it for 12 years or so

Eca Stack Per Cap

Eph 20mg
Caffenine 200mg
aspirin 324mg

not all are dosed like that. The ephedra I have is 15mg per cap.

i was talking about pure ephedrine hcl... most pills are 25mg ephedrine...oh yeah desi take an aspirin with it...the aspirin isnt really that important , it supposedly inhibits prostaglandins , which supposedly keeps the ephedrine/caffiene active longer
