Hi,
How do maltodextrin and waxy maize get labeled with 0g or 1g of sugar per serving? So if I take in 50g of maltodextrin, am I only getting about 1g of sugar? I am not sure this is correct, but according to the nutrition labels this would be correct. Thanks for the help.
