I think it is unusual. It's not something that I usually see arbitrarily included. That is why I automatically assumed the 5k1 was offered and accepted on my first reading. But upon closer reading, it did not say that.

Like I said earlier it was offered to me as it is every defendant, but fuck no I didn't accept it. In my lawyers words " if you sign this you are at there mercy, and they will use you and abuse you". Oh and that picture. That's after being arrested at Thursday morning at 11 and being kept in a holding cell with no food or anything until Monday morning because I wouldn't talk.
