Hi all, I want to share how Marijuana is helping me in my goal to add muscle mass and enjoying the process.
We all love to lift heavy and feel the awesome pump but when it comes to eating, you need to change things in your life, and maybe sometimes, we eat with no hungry, just for feeding and I really dislike this.
Here is where marijuana comes into play; when I smoke at the end of the day, thus I like to do it when I got no more responsibilities, I feel some very game-changing benefits:
1- It calms me down. I am not an aggressive person or whatsoever, but we are training the anabolic beast inside us, some masculine energy anger is inevitable.
2- You really feel like you are feeding your body when you eat. I mean the munchies are not any joke, I feel deep hungriness and magnetism to food, also strongly linked to a sense of pleasure.
3- I really feel like my body is optimizing much better all that I am eating, how do I know that? because I feel digestions going way easier and the simply sense of food enjoyment. I think it has some effect on metabolism acceleration.
4- It resets your mind and sets you ready for another anabolic day, or it may make you doubt about what you are doing in life puffing up your body with hormones like the cows in the stables.
