Thanks for the insight but I'm going to be pretty relegated to a Canadian ugl when I go for it.. Jesus man u got good results for a 50yr old.. That's pretty insane... I'm pushing the 4-0 and not feeling the drive I once had despite my diet /supps/rest being pretty dialed..
Was thinking of starting off on a 200mg/wk test-c with armidex for a 12-16 weeker... Hope I can make some decent gains just on that for starters..
Thanks, hitting 5-5 this coming spring.
But moving along in size, I'm at 222lbs now, nearly 50 good pounds added after age 50, that's the big challenge. I'm getting young kids coming up in the gym asking me how to put on size, so I guess I'm doing something right.
200 just replaces what you shut down, double it to call it a cycle.
Blood work is of course something you've done, right? Right?
