So I have never once posted a bash review on any of the labs I've dealt with. As any time I've had questions, concerns, or honestly anything worth inquiring about it's been dealt with hassle free. With professionalism and respect on both ends, I've made sure to always contact the rep first as that's just what you do and everytime it's had a positive outcome regardless of the lab, well except this time.
I hate commenting on labs without first hand experience so I've done my best to at least try a few products from the big labs along with some of the smaller ones. As to not "parrot" on their quality. This endeavor lead me to trying matrix labs. I purchased a mix of products ranging from proviron, cardarine, var, HCG, and even some suspensions. Of those I've tried the cardarine and the HCG, reason for not using the rest is I like to keep a stock on hand and I don't just cycle perpetually, there's several labs I've purchased that I've yet to use.
Now to the review. I make a habit of counting the orals from labs my first time ordering simply because if they fuck up counting that doesn't instill faith. Upon counting i found the cardarine to have 1.5 extra and the var was 2 short. Not being a big deal I reached out to the rep to let him know their counter may be off. I didn't accuse them of scamming me or insisting I be reimbursed in anyway. The rep responded by saying he highly doubted it, after sending pics the rep then asked how I expected it to be rectified. I again said I merely wanted to give him the heads up. After that we left it as I saw no reason to pursue the matter.
Fast forward to a few days ago. I decided to use their HCG. Process of reconstituting was opening a fresh bac water. Pfizer lot 25-020-DK. Expiration 2023/01/01. Swabbing the tops of the tops of the bac and hcg. I then put 1ml of bac into the hcg vial. First thing I noticed was the lack of a vacuum. After reconstituting the hcg I injected 10units(0.1ml) with 500is into my mid abdomen. Using a 31g 5/16 slin pin.
Within acouple hours I noticed it was painful to the touch. Something I've never experienced from any hcg or any peptide for that matter. After my workout I noticed it has turned into a small painful lump. Waking up the next morning that lump has grown to almost the size of an egg and was still painful to the touch.
I immediately emailed the rep to notify him of a possible problem with the product. He again doubted me, offered to potentially compensate me if I wasn't just some fuck boy causing issues, demanded photos of the spot. Stated it was ridiculous. Then accused me of being a bad agent attempting to slander his Lab after I did not immediately reply.
Further more he accused me again of trying to scam products similar to what happened with the missing var tablets.*refer to the above where I was never compensated for the missing tabs nor did I request to be*. All of these conversations were held privately as not to cause any unnecessary issues with the Lab and to show them a level of professionalism and respect.
Now the rep is sending me barely legible emails in a fit of rage and that is the final straw to which drove to posting this. I have dealt with numerous labs on several occasions and never experienced anything like this. I have all emails if requested. And will post pictures of the lump turned into a painful red spot that I was concerned could be an infection.
I won't tell anyone to avoid this Lab but I hope this will help them make a more informed decision.
