The question should be what is the temperature that is enough to brew test c.
A max temperature would be the temperature BB start to boil 323°C because test c boil at over 500°C.
But you don't need to get even close to those kind of temperature with any brew.
Melting point of test C is around 100°C but if you get to 80°C it's enough to dissolve the powder as you have BB in the mix that's helps.
