I know Costco sells MCT oil, but no clue if that can be used for brewing.

I've used organic coconut oil from Vitamin World "not sure of the brand" and Now MCT as well. I didn't have any brewing issues with it other than getting a little pippy from it.
So now I just use store bought GSO or cotton seed oil.

I use the California gold brand. Zero pip even with DHB (100mg/ml). Runs like water.

NOW works great. Use it with DHB (80/20 or 70/30 with MCT/EO) at 100mg/ml and zero pip as well.

Yes, been using it for over a year, several bottles.

I use that brand for all my brews and been running strong for 2 years !!
