Been getting better sleep couple months in. Better pumps, vascularity, strength.
Numb hands here and there first 2 months and 3rd month waking up with swollen hands, but goes away pretty quick.

I don’t bloat, unless My diet goes to shit.

Could be bunk mk. I take mk on its own, 22.5mg and have numb hands, mild cpt, great pumps, NEED A NAP IN THE AFTERNOON! And it wasn't from Alibaba.
