medix T3

Has anyone used medix T3 caps before. They are 75mcg each cap and I was wondering how to take those, I understand they are time released so does that mean that one can take one 75mcg cap or would it still have to be broken down in say half. There is little pellets within the cap itself.

Take all 75... for results I take 125..
