HELLO,
My I'm new this forum and wanna tell ya about myself. I'm 40 years old and have been lifting off and on for a little over 20 years. I'm from WV where, sad to say, the fitness community is pretty small compared to other places. That's one of the reasons I joined here. So I can be a part of something that I don't have the opportunity to here where I live. I've been through alot of BS in my life like most ppl. I pretty much hit the reset button on my life 18 months ago. I have 2 yrs old little girl, who is my . I love lifting, staying active, and helping younger ppl that may be struggling with different situations in their life. I've had my go around with addiction to opiates, which started when I was discharged medically from the Army, after getting hurt in training. I just started back lifting about 6 weeks ago. I'm currently 5'9" and weigh around 180 lbs, with probably like 18-20% bodyfat. I'm not where I wanna be, but I've been "right" before...lol.. this is the beginning of the journey with my "new" self. I have alot of knowledge and experience I can share with everyone, but I also have alot to learn about P.E.Ds, PCT, and TRT, especially. On a quick note, I have been only doing calisthenics, using weights only for bis and Tris until last week. That's when I benched for the first time in 6 years. The awesome thing is I still hit 205 for ten, farely easy, reps! Muscle definitely has memory ️.
I'm gonna go ahead and wrap this little intro about Ⓜ️E up. Have a great day!
YALL... ✝️®️

P.s. That picture is from 2011, it's my motivation to be even better than I was before!
