This isn't gonna go through. This is only to quiet critics during this whole biogenesis scandal.
First and foremost miami dade county is to deep in the red. They're schools recently were ranked almost dead last in the nation for infrastructure ratings. They can't get they're union to agree with the board on retirement settlement for years and counting. And seriously, parents consent? Parents are not going to waive the right to enforce a drug test, much more when it is a top tier school athlete who has potential scholarships in stake with the results of a drug test.
