Mid cycle blood work panel recommendations

Anyone got good somewhat cheapish blood panel recommendations? Alot of the panels Ive found online include stuff like LH and FSH that I really dont need.

MarekHealth is the cheapest from what I've seen. They have a custom "lab builder" where you can pick and choose what you want.
