mid section fat

hey guys I have 2 question:

1. I have some belly fat and love handles that are taking way to long to go away, its basically the only fat I have left to loose, along with a good diet what would be the best way for losing it?

2. How much would cardio take away from my gains? Say jogging 20-30 minutes twice a week?

I have been doing the 5x5 program for quite awhile should I add say another day to this IE:
Monday - Sq, Bench Press, J.S. Rows
Wednesday - Oly Sq, Military Press, Dead lifts
Friday - Sq, Bench press, J.S. Rows (all work up sets)
Saturday - which would be the same as wednesday

or should I change the routine intirely and maybe start working out 5 days a week focusing on certain muscle groups?

I dont think it would take away from much of your gains at all.

I cut up this summer on the 5x5 with 2 days of cardio. I had the help of AM, and lost fat, leaned up, and made some great strength gains.

AnimalMass, one of the mods here. He is a pro strongman and all around really smart guy when it comes to training. He does online/phone training for people. I think he has a thread in the training section.
