Middle Age Low-T

Hey everyone,
Hoping to get some thoughts on my situation. I began working out at home on my bowflex after a shoulder injury back in the winter, and went on to purchase a power tech for plate workouts.
I got my test levels checked in April I was at 357. Worked out consistently about an hour a day, following the body fit app workouts, and take all my supplements.
I bulked up from 165 to 195 in 6 months roughly, I was trying to pack as much clean calories as possible each day. I was taking a natural supplement called t-hero during this time. I have no idea if it helped anything, I do know it didn't help what I was taking it for.
I had my test levels checked again couple days ago and I found out I dropped 16 points down to 341. I am hoping to find out how to get my levels above 500 and sustain it. I am interested in Test-E. I appreciate any feedback or thoughts on this.

If you're looking for dosages I'd say start at 75mg/week for a month and do blood work to see where your levels are. Some guys need less than that and some guys need twice as much. It's really the only way to find out for certain which dose is right for your body.

I guess it should be called T vilain not T hero.

Playing with your testosterone endogenous production can be dangerous. Why don’t you start first with stress levels, training, diet and sleep

Go see a urologue and get yourself checked for varicoceles.

Get your HPTA checked by an endocrinologue who might diagnose physical issues that would explain your t level.

Keep in mind that 350 nd/dl is not considered low by most of doctors.

Good luck
