Mild androgenic acne. How to get rid of it?

Sup meso! Got a question. I’m starting to get some mild androgenic acne on my back and on my chest. It’s not that serious at the moment just starting to get little bumps. I don’t have any on my face and I never have really been prone to acne. How should I get rid of this? I heard accutain is really bad and has a lot of side effects and also makes you nose smaller? Never tried it tho. How should I go about this?

Never heard of accutane making your nose smaller. Accutane side effects can be rough, but most people getting prescribed it by doctors are getting big doses of 70-100mg a day. New research has shown that lower doses for a longer duration have similar results, with much more tolerable side effects.

TL;DR Big doses of accutane = big side effects, low doses = low side effects. I'm on 20mg a day right now and haven't had anything terrible besides dry skin, and a little lethargy in the beginning.

Many people have big sebaceous glands on nose, so when accutane shrinks them it makes their nose smaller.

also accutane is very misunderstood. i used to have bad cystic acne on my back from blasting test. i used accutane at 20mg a day for 21 days. cleared my skin completly and i havent had acne since. you dont need a lot of it for it to work. and it does shrink your pores.

Damn 21 days is fast as hell. Took a while for it to start with me, got a bit small purge the first two weeks and acne has just faded away since then. My skin isn't perfect, but I'm not getting any new pimples

yeah i know it was crazy how well that shit works. i was on 10iu gh so idk maybe that helped but i am a hyperreasponder to accutane haha

Zinc supplement

Don’t take antibiotics they destroy friendly gut bacteria and can seriously damage your health

A good soap for oily skin is also a good idea

I remember when I was a teen I broke out so bad on my face and upper back it looked like a damned pizza, but used some stri-dex pads and some acne creams along with some lava soap to combat it. Accutane wasn't available around then which was late '70s-early '80s. Yeah I'm old...

My girlfriend has some acne cream I’ll try it

If it gets worse I’ll probably use low dose accutaine but atm it’s not really worth using it. I’ll try that African black soap aswell as some acne cream my girlfriend has. Thanks everyone

Look I've had tons of acne on gear, been through a course of accutane and still get it sometimes. One solution that has helped me, nobody really talks about.

I cut down on the highly androgenic compounds and try to use the ones that are more anabolic, less androgenic.

Like masteron for instance, I love it, but it gives me acne when I get into higher doses with it. Test is similar for me. So I have to keep dosage in the low range for those.

Deca on the other hand, I can run really high with no acne issues, so my cycles these days have been high doses of deca with low doses of test/mast. Sometimes I'll run var too in place of mast but var adds to that acne factor also. It seems like the dht derivatives increase acne for me.

And another thing I've noticed is that different compounds seem to cause acne in some people but not others, so you may just have to find what is causing it and tweak things from there.

I've done a few doctor prescribed courses of accutane, and the sides got so bad I couldn't finish either time. It still helped a lot, but not sure I could go through that again.

Try Hibiclens antibacterial soap, that shit nukes acne (don't get it in your eyes, read the instructions carefully).

If you aren't already supplementing with them, Zinc, VitA, VitE are all good choices.

Changing shirts more frequently, changing sheets more frequently.

Benzol Peroxide is great. Drys the skin killing active acne, and it's antibacterial.

I use benzyl peroxide 10% cream for my face and now back/chest. Don’t jump on accutane unless it’s serious. Mild acne will come and go, I wouldn’t worry about it and would just try a light acne cream for it. Make sure you’re showering after sweating
