Milk Thistle question

Can anyone tell me about this Milk Thistle I keep hearing about and it's significance to a cycle of AAS. For eaxample, what does it do, when do I take it etc.

I don't have access to a doc for blood tests so will have to go blind, However, I only use at a novice level. Will this be okay?

yah what he said, depending on what aas you use, on the avg. 1000mgs a day should help your liver from crying.

who would have known milk thistle was really Silybum marianum before reading those links

i use 900 per day..... for the first couple weeks while im doing 1000 of eq and 1000 of cyp.... when i go down to 500 of each i'll take the milk thistle down to about 300.... maybe 600
