It’s what I’m trying out and will take any input and give updates as it progresses.
Background:
Used gear 10-20 years ago at various times. I’ve done a few different cycles. I have done: Depot Test 100-200mg a week. Other was Mesican Sust250 shot a week for about two months and finally I did some Deca 50-200 mg a week for a few weeks. The only orals I have done was the real origianl real Anadrol-50 for a cap a day. The Sust and Deca were repeated several times over the years. No PCT, but I did experiment with some tapering and didn’t notice any difference and never had any negative side effects. Gains were real nice back then as I was serious about my lifting but not competitive.
Now at age 50 I have some gear and want to set up a cycle using the minimum dosage required to get some decent gains but not super blast. I don’t care to be that big ass mofo benching four+ plates. My training is steady the past few years, diet is good and training has plateaued.
My goals now are to do two cycles a year. A simple weight gain cycle in the winter and summer cut cycle. Probably 9-10 weeks each with plenty of rest time in between.
Here is the experiment I have with N=1. I will increase the dosage every two weeks until I hit the level that I feel good in my training and getting the desired results. Once I have the total “in system” that I want I will use that for designing my future cycles. I won’t go through the entire amount as shown here but will stop when I feel this is the level I want.

I am actually on week 3 and starting to see some gains but not where I want to be yet. Based on my memory of old cycles and how I feel now I am guessing it will be around 300mg total a week or up to 570mg in my system. Based on this my cycle would look like this:
