Hey guys new to the site. Curious as to what you guys use gear wise to accelerate the healing process for injuries. I've been using Gh, Eq and Test for 4 weeks. Things are better since starting but still not great. I had too limited my chest exercises to push-ups and light dumbell flies. Would Deca help? Read a few articles that suggest Deca could help however never tried it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
