the problem is...i dont know if it is a tear...because the same day....i did incline(which i felt it).....i was doing heavy cleans...and i caught the bar wrong..and it landed on my clavicle.....when i did incline bench..i could feel it...but didnt think anything of it........the next day...there was a golf ball shaped bruise...on my upper pec..on clavicle..

NOW

it effects me on incline bench.....(upper left pec...middle..on clavicle)it feels like the tendon is real tight....like its PULLING.....it doesnt hurt at all...just feels uncomfortable....but i have still been working out heavy on the incline.

Hard to tell. You can train around it or go get an MRI. If you get an MRI the doc will just tell you to stop training for 6 months...in which case if you're smart you'll probably ignore him and just train around it anyway.

Typically, bruising is a sigh of a tear. But being able to bench more than 45 pounds without screaming in shear agony is typically a sigh that you didn't tear anything. So who knows.

Give your chest a break for a few weeks. For the next two months, focus on getting your legs and back as big as you possibly can.
