has anyone here read this report? Would the data achieve the quality of evidence admissible in court? Are the people named liable to be prosecuted? If not, do the people named have cause to sue for defamation and other damages?

What I find ignorant are all the people that are surprised that men resorted to steriods when there carreers making millions was at stake. Imagine how many people would do steriods when just offered the league minimum a year.

Without confessions and hard evidence very doubtfull. All they have to do is refuse to testify based on 5th amendment rights.
