Was just watching some YouTube videos on MLB players .
was curious what steroids these athletes took ?
I remember during the Bonds,McGuire,Sosa era they all were using .
I could find nothing on specifics as to what was being used ?

This is the closest I've found on the specifics used by Mark McGwire:

"He says he soon picked up McGwire as a client, too. Wenzlaff’s training-session notes show he put McGwire on a mix of Winstrol V, testosterone and the veterinary steroid Equipoise. (McGwire, through a spokesman, declined comment.)"

"The recipe called for 1/2 cc of testosterone cypionate every three days; one cc of testosterone enanthate per week; equipoise and winstrol v, 1/4 cc every three days, injected into the buttocks, one in one cheek, one in the other. "

Jose Canesco’s book “Juiced”. I read this book about 15 years ago. I remember He said test, deca, dbol, anadrol, winstrol, equipoise. Mostly bulking stuff.

Check out the book called game of shadows. It's all abt Balco and the drugs they were putting athletes on. The biggie was called "the clear" and I believe that was some sort of test that went undetectable. HGH, metformin and insulin were also part of the mix, especially with Barry Bonds.

Winny is another biggie in MLB, especially with the Puerto Ricans (like they need any help running faster!! LOL)

I read this book, it is very entertaining reading))). I read it not without interest). Well written

There were not one or two such doctors in different sports. And this was always accompanied by big scandals and hype in the media.
