It says on the back rite that it has 500 grams protein is that much safe its in all a liquid form. For just one millimeter it has that much in it it claims. That sounds pretty unsafe. I dont wanna put my kidneys to any danger either I just got them checked for a new job they said there fine but after that sounds kinda scarey. Who agrees?

its says 500mg of protein....thats half a gram not 500grams! (mg = milligrams, 1000milligrams = 1 gram)
