Molecular Nutrition's new 100mg 1-T Estergels

I posted this on the HRT and Longevity Forum but I got no response and I don't want to make a mistake. I started taking this yesterday. I've taken one pill yesterday and one today.

I am 18 (just turned it). I want to get as shredded as I possibly can. I am on San V12 (creatine), Ast Glutamine, Beverly International Multivitamin, liver tablets, antioxidants, zmas.

I get protein from Cytosport's Muscle Milk but also get a lot from wholesome foods such as chicken, meat, egg whites and peanut butter.

I am 5'11" 160+ pounds. I benched 225 x 3 a few weeks ago.

I think it is better if I give the link because I don't want to explain it incorrectly. I am unsure if this is the best route and if I need estrogen flushers and testosterone replacement supplements to get levels back to normal. I am new to this whole topic and don't want to make the mistake other people my age have made.

Wompyfrat, at this time, save your money. It's great to see that you have set some goals, but at 18, your testosterone production is in high gear, and messing with your endocrine system at this time is silly. I have a couple questions though...

First, 5'11"@160 lbs, and you want to cut, but you are also using Muscle Milk and creatine???

If I were you, dump the liver tablets. You don't put used oil filters on your car, so why do it to yourself? I would concentrate more on eating 4-5000 cals of good carbs and proteins, and also squeeze in some good efa's. Check out t-mag for the massive eating article. Next, only use V12 and glutamine as part of your post work out regimen.

As for training, do a search here on Meso for AnimalMass' DFHT program. It will kick you in the ass, but at this time, you need to gain some quality mass. During the process, you will burn off a lot of fat, and gain size. After DFHT is over, you probably don't need to do much to get shredded. Be sure to keep a good training/food log, as you can chart your progress, as you progress. -The Starkdog
