I used both and FOr a $ 260 order it cost me $ 30 for Western Union.
I just used Moneygram for a $ 275 order and it cost me $ 21. Moneygram is available at most Walmart stores and if you go the Moneygram Website they will tell you all the stores in your zip code etc that use it. I know $ 10 sounds like I am cheap but why not save $ 10 if you are going to Walmart anyway etc. Minoxidal 3 pack $ 27 (5 % ).
