Moving to eu, getting gear there vs USA

Hello I am a bodybuilder who will be moving from the usa to northern germany, about 100km from the denmark border. Ive tried scanning this site for specifics on German laws and the general acceptance of steroids in general. I am used to the usa laws and behavior where it seems like as long as the source is good at packaging the gear it will arrive safely. Is that true for Germany as well? In the usa I have heard (in local news) of the post scanning packages even domestically but is that the case for Germany? If anyone knows this would be greatly appreciated to lessen some of the paranoia/confusion around it. I have also looked at the EU source reviews on Eroids, but since I don't want to mess with German LE, I was hoping this could provide some more specific info.

Don't order from German sources if you live in Germany, not because there are local customs but because if a source gets busted, you could get an invitation or a visit from police.

Order from other EU countries within the Schengen Area, there are basically no customs and if a source gets busted you will most likely never get any consequences.

This could probably be applied for all EU countries.
