I still have weight to lose and it is coming off pretty slowly, at this trickle rate it will be almost 2 years before I hit goal. WOW that was depressing to write out, anyway. Yes, I track food, don’t snack, hydrate well, prioritize protein and lift weights 6 days a week, I am not going to failure or anything but get a solid sweat on.

My question is, I have Tesa/Ipa in the freezer would it be beneficial to add now or wait until I’ve lost more?

If it matters, i’m just finishing a healing protocol with BPC/TB/GHKcu and will continue TA-1, Reta and add back KPV. I have SS-31 slated to go next and then Mots-C to work towards more healing.

Your a woman, correct? Sorry if not, I might be mistaking you for someone else.

What is your daily calories / macros?

I worked alot with my mom, and when I finally got her to lift weights, like actually push, and up her protein count plus calorie intake (6-700 to 12-1400) we saw her weight drop, even with the increased calorie intake she started dropping where before she was stalling.
And this is a woman in her 60s taking nothing. I got her from 230 to 185.

In men, I can drop to zero calories and my metabolism won’t be affected because I take testosterone, in woman its a different story when you are taking nothing. Natty life is alot more difficult in ways you have to do stuff.

I am a female and set 1400 calories 150g protein which if I get to 120g I am pretty happy. I switched from Sema/tirz because I couldn’t even eat 1,000 calories. Reta has been a lot better. I know if I don’t eat enough I won’t lose at all. If I don’t eat enough, workout and take a GLP I won’t lose. If one of those pieces is missing I won’t lose. I am happy to see the scale moving though.

As for my weight lifting I am using Fitbod and it does push the weights up so you aren’t just treading water. I was just saying I am not pushing to break any records at this point. Well unless it is in calf raises. . I don’t know how heavy I can lift there as I maxed out the machine at 790lbs and 550lb single leg. I’m working out at home now so no machines but a nice setup.
