Muscle cramps?

How does everyone deal with muscle cramps after workout? When I leave the gym, it hurts even to hold my arms out to grab the steering wheel to drive home. I mean I kill'em. Is that normal? I never noticed until I started progressing up in weight lifted.
 
if you're still getting bigger and stronger, i don't see a problem. :)

if it only hurts right after working out, it shouldn't be problem.

Yeah, but it's the pain that makes me stop my workout. I feel like I could lift longer if the muscles didn't get in such knots. Like the strength is still there, but it hurts too much to continue. Does that make sense?

During cycle because I'm trying to maximize the gains from the juice. Off cycle I just stick to a routine maintainence workout. But it's been 7 months since I've been off and I'm not in a hurry either. lol
