muscle milk

Tried it-- it was alright-- like a high fat MRP. I didn't get the natural version, so I didn't care for the artificial sweetner. It is not worth the money-- if want something similar and worth it get:

Size Formula from

www.proteinfactory.com

-- you get to choose your own sweetner, flavor, additives.

Welcome to fat city, Even on a cycle i think that much sat fat is uncalled for and will just bloat you like a blimp .

I think MuscleMilke is great...not to mention delicious. I have had no problems with bloating from it either.

Really? i just think the fat content is way high . The strawberry tastes horrid too but the cookies n cream is yummy.

i'd ahve to agree with captain jack on this one. but everybody is different ... i have a mach 3 metabolism. :D blue berries and creme taste like blueberry muffin mix!

I've never tried Musclemilk, and have been thinking of getting a new type of protein. How much is it, how much sat fat is in it, how many calories per serving and how many grams of protein per serving?

Thanks for the help.

it's so dam hard to go back to drinking isopure or any other protien powder after tasteing muscle milk. often i would only add 2-3 oz of water to 1 serving and make a pudding like "shake" and just eat it with a spoon it was so dam good. but the fat will scare away most people. forgot the exact stats but it's like 18g fat 32p 12c

There are a few errors on that label. Calories from fat is 30% lower than actual (190 vs 270 actual), and actual calories is about 35 higher than what the label states.
