Muscle/tendon relationship = pain

I feel I'm at a point where I'm benching very heavy on chest days. Now the problem is I think my triceps are getting too developed causing the tendons to lag behind a bit. I experience pain near my elbows after any set of bench heavier then 225. When I get up over 315 that's when it really starts kicking in, man does it hurt! So what do I do I throw a 25 on each side and finish my set. I rack the weight and slowly bring my arms down and think to myself of why did my dumb ass keep going.

I've picked up some biofreeze to use and I'm going to try ice massage as Chip Bronson suggested but I feel it's not the muscle that's my problem but connective tissue. Any suggestions would be appreciated to help me through this.
