My aas history thus far

So I figured I would get on here and explain my experience with aas before asking for advice moving forward. So for the past four years I have only taken var, surprise surprise, I feel like that's the starting point for almost all women introducing themselves into the aas world. Now I have read many cases where women were experiencing all these side affects from var and claiming to only be taking a small dosage of around 5 to 10mg daily. I personally have never experienced any kind of side affects from taking var and my daily dosage has been as high as 40mg. I had an ocasional break out here and there but I don't even believe that was a side affect from the var but mostly hormonal. Now with that being said there has been many many cases where women believe they are taking var and it's something else and I think that's where a lot of women start seeing side affects because if the var is true then you shouldn't be experiencing bad sides not from just var alone. That's just my opinion after years of taking it. I have experienced weight gain from var and mostly due to water. Moving forward I have been very skeptical of incorpating any other aas into my cycles. I wanted to broaden my knowledge before jumping into things and not knowing what I was doing. I wanted to hear from men or women their opinion on what would be good to add into my next cycle. Decca, Primo, winstrol, clen, mast, hgh, or maybe even some test? whatever I choose I plan on taking slowly, I know moving forward sides are to be expected, but I don't want to f myself up either. Ladies let me know yours thoughts and experiences with taking something other than var alone.

Maybe your var was underdosed or bunk, maybe you're just lucky in how Anavar affects you. Or maybe you're just minimizing the side effects.

How "bad" the side effects are is in the eye of the beholder. Anavar is quite capable of inducing virilization all by itself, and at doses commonly used by female bodybuilders. Virilization from Anavar is well documented in the literature.

It's possible that you've experienced side effects and either didn't notice or didn't attribute them to Anavar. If that's you in your avi, at the very least I'd be surprised if you hadn't experienced clitoromegaly and heightened sensitivity. I'd also be surprised if your voice hadn't dropped in pitch a little bit.

I'm not saying it was bunk but wow, I'm surprised you had zero sides on that dose. I would expect something... I have heard of pretty extreme doses though with success, but sides were still present.

No my var was definitely not bunk I gained a lot of strength from it, noticeable amounts of strength, but I experienced absolutely no sensitivity what so ever trust me I would notice any slight change, water weight was really my main side affect I gain weight quickly while taking var. No deepening or raspiness of the voice, that's why it has taken me a long time to move forward and experiment with anything other than Var because I'm very comfortable with it and I know that I don't receive any negative side affects so anything else I have been lury of trying considering the likelihood of more harsh side affects.

Hi and welcome to Meso. :)

I am currently on my second Anavar cycle, have only taken a max of 15mg. per day and definitely experience some minor sides like water-weight, oily hair/skin, sensitivity down there and even slight clit swelling (which goes away after cycle).

I'm also very surprised you didn't experience any of this while taking Anavar, especially since you've used such high doses. I am also sure that what I was and am currently taking is Anavar and not something else disguised as such.

I don't have any experience with injectables but do have some Primo on hand for when I'm ready to pull the trigger. Hopefully, a few of our experienced female members will chime in.

Hi again! Not sure why I get a little negative tone off your post and I want to point something out.... just so the air is cleared and we can all help each other in the long run... surprised no one has pointed it out yet...(highlighted in bold) you have taken a very high dose of var and have run var for a couple years now so you know how you react to it and claim var gave you nothing... typically women don't go over and have no need to go over 20mg/day (that's also my typical dose even if I stack other compounds and I tolerate it well just as you seem to as well to a point). I find it odd that with a few years of using var on its own you say you have no sides and no woman should have any sides from var alone....assuming it was legit var and properly dosed... BUT (if you look at all the underlined), you have listed plenty of sides you have experienced, good and bad. PLUS, if you didn't get the good sides of manipulating your hormones with the mild but potent var, you wouldn't continue to use it... and it shows that you have made some good gains....Those are all because var has modified your hormones and you experienced those changes along with your diet and training. So you can't say that var has no sides.... any change to your body, feeling, etc is a side - good and/or undesirable. It's part of the game.

Now, you are wanting more. If you are after size, I think the best choice for you would be incorporating NPP.... I can't remember if you shared your age with us in your other post but I would wait with test if you are in your early 30's or younger. Unless you are competing then we can touch on it more, if you want. NPP is a great compound for size and I usually incorporate it in the winter months as it helps me with my injuries and recovery as well. You can start off with a 10mg every 3 days and see how it feels but try not to go crazy with the doses, if you want more then go to 15mg/e3d. Try to keep it under 50mg/week, we typically do not need more than that. NPP is the little brother of Deca so it will kick in faster and if you experience any undesirable sides, you can back off the dose or stop and it will go away. Deca is long acting so it takes a while to build up in your system and when sides finally kick in, it may be too late.

GH is always good, but plan it for the long haul. For adding size, for a woman you can easily do 6-8 weeks of 2iu and be happy with it, after that back down to 1iu and continue that for all the other benefits that GH offers like recovery and fat burning, etc. I found that works well for me and several other females that I have worked with.
