My careful bulk

Sup everyone,

So after asking for opinions in here, I decided to go on with my bulk. I'm
logging it, hoping you guys help me keep an eye on my phisique, so that I don't get too fat. I don't think I've ever been this lean while being this heavy so I really don't want to fuck it up.
BTW trt has been a life changer to maintain results after my last cycle.

Stats:

201 lbs this morning
5'9"
BP 120 60
RHR 42
fasting BG 79
BF: will post some photos I took this morning

Workout: 5 days a week for about 1 and half hour rotating between legs, back+chest and arms+shoulders also doing some abs with each workout.

Squat 400x8 (sometimes 440x4)
Deadlift 420x9
Bench press 310x8 going up to 350x4

Cardio: 50 minutes of mountain bike up and down the hills near my place, on workout days.

Diet: currently 3000kcal to maintain my weight. 50P 35C 15F, mainly whole foods, no fast/processed foods and only 1 protein shake a day after working out.

Currently on trt 150mg/w test decanoate.

Cycle:

1-12 Test A 100mg/w pin EOD on top of my TRT test
1/12 NPP 420mg/W pin EOD
1-4 DBOL 30mg/d split AM PM
8-12 may add a finisher oral but I'm not sure we'll see.

I prefer to use short esters and keep doing my TRT, for the sake of being able to hop off smoothly if needed.

Plan is to bulk really carefully, I'll increase my daily calories by 250 and adjust along the way if needed.

Looking jacked brother. Very impressive lats hanging there and v shape . Looking lean too. May be single digits bf, I would certainly think low double. Im just starting a gain phase as well. I may have overdone the dieting a bit. I don’t have near the mass you do.

At your weight and the amount of gear your contemplating/ planning your calories may be low. I’d say if you’re not gaining 0.5-1% a week you’ll likely need to be upping those calories. Not too mention the training sounds good with some intense cardio as well. Cardio may be limiting gains too tho again you’re looking quite jacked already. Maybe chill/ limit on long intense mountain biking for some incline treadmill to gain. Then back to more biking on the cut.

All sounds pretty good / reasonable to me, other than it seems like maybe an excess of gear but your bp and hr sound great. Do you lipids?

Hi bro, thanks for the interest, I'm being conservative because I'm really afraid of getting fat again. I don't want to go through the nightmare of having to cut a lot of weight, loosing muscles on the way.
I train at home and atm mtb/running are the only cardio options, but I hate running. However I'll consider going for easier level routes instead of the steep hills I'm doing now.

As for gear, 700mg per week + an oral definetly isn't low, but still seems in the realm of reason.

Bloods looked good one month ago and should therefore look even better now, as more time passed since my last cycle.

slightly low iron, so I have been supplementing a little, gotta say it helped with fatigue.

meh. He’s just got prime fat genetics. Them legs are carrying a decent amount of fat, and muscle of course.

I just got mine done at dexa at 6.6% and was surprised. I do have way more quad vascularity and in general but with the visible six pack I’d still guess low double to high single. Unless there are is a lot more chub on the legs than it looks and those lats are actually camel humps of flab.

Triglycerides and bg is on point. HDL LDL is less so but total obviously good. Since your are monitoring you are gtg but I’d try to add some omega 3’s to your life / diet.

Currently using 2g epa + 1.3g dha daily, but I should definitely consume more fish, the problem is chicken is so convenient and cheap.

Unfortunately running anavar and masteron with my last cycle, wreaked havoc in my lipids.

That's entirely up to you and what your goals are, be sure to inform yourself before. If you eventually hop on, be sure to start with the basics and never go crazy with the doses.

Be prepared, it's like driving a mclaren, going back to your shitty daily car may not be easy. That being said remember that training and diet will still be the biggest part of the equation.
 
First weekly update as you probably would expect, there's not much to say after one week only:

I ended up frontloading my cycle by doing one extra pin.

Weight is up a little more than 1 pound, so it could very well be a simple measuring fluctuation, however I'm still waiting another week before adjusting calories.
Honestly I would have expected to see some water weight but apparently nope.
I may look slightly leaner and a a little more vascular though.

As for the gym department, I could already feel Dbol strenght increase after 3 days, that stuff never cease to amaze me.
Lately my 420x6 and 440x4 squats felt a little heavy, so I had replaced them with more 400x8, however this week they felt like a breeze (I'll still be careful not going crazy though as I don't want to end up injuring myself), I didn't change bench press and deadlift but they felt easier too.

Vital parameters are fine:
-fasting BG is still in my average range
-BP this morning was 116-60
-RHR and max HR when doing cardio increased a little bit but nothing crazy (6-7 bpm increase)

BTW I always had BP issues during cycles in the past, for me the solution was definetly cardio. I had lower BP while running 1 gram of gear and doing cardio everyday, than when running 500mg test with BP meds and no cardio.

Thanks man, the encouragement is really appreciated.

I was planning my first show for November, but after checking the the rules for my area, I saw that starting at the end of a solar year could be a bad move, I have to plan things carefully.
I'm "already" 29 so maybe it's a bit late for a first show, but who cares, guess I can still have some fun :D

Little update, I'm a little late but it's been a busy weekend o_O

So last week didn't start particularly well, as I was pretty tired and fatigued on top of that the infamous dbol back pumps kicked in (I'm already taking taurine) and made deadlifting particularly challenging, luckily towards the end of the week things got better and I started "feeling on" more.
Water weight also came in and this weekend, I weighed 207 lbs on Saturday morning. Luckily BP is still fine (110-60), however I'm noticing some pimples on my face, nothing crazy but i still find it annoying.

Also asked my SO to take some pictures of my back, but god I hadn't realised how freaking hairy I am, I'll try to shave my back and post some shots this weekend :p
