My cutting diet for the last 2 years. Bf %7 168lbs 5'9

Whats you opinion on diet soda when dieting?
also i know drinking is bad when ur training an so , but do u think like vodka an diet ice tea is ok? Would that effect definition? thanks

diet soda is ok in moderation. You don't really need the extra sodium it gives you, so if you drink alot you may end up holding some water.
 
cheat 3-4 times a week ?

So, in essence this diet is implemented 3 times a week ?
When you say cheat, what does cheat consist of ?
 
I see no complex carbs and no essential fats....looks like if any bigger sized guys (185+ lbs) were on this diet for more than a week their gains in the gym would come to a screetching halt.
 
I'd be willing to bet you'd see much better results by cutting your cheating down to 1 or 2 meals per week and increasing your complex carbohydrate intake to somewhere around 120-140g/day. Not only would you have much more energy and get better workouts from the carbs, but you'd be able to carry more size, stay full, and not flatten out. Carbs can really make the difference! Try it out for a month and let us know!
