I was going to post this log when I finishe it but I think it's best I post it now. I am on 250mg crystal ed for 14 days might go 21 days. I want to keep the doses low for less sides and also it's 100+ degrees here. Good thing I work in an office.

Day 1
250mg / multi-vit / grape seed extract.. Starting weight-181.5 benadryl. Slightly damp back buts it's 100+ degrees and nothing out of the norm. Small night sweats. Nothing unusual. Short Full bodyworkout

Day 2
250mg /multivit/grapeseed/ALA
Weight: 180.5
Cheated a little today with a bag of chips new flavor I wanted to try. Felt a little by of hot flash but all
Better now under the ac. Took my gf to get her car fix. Drenched in sweat and shirt was damp within 5 mins being in 100+ degrees. Did 45min cardio amd abs. Slept with fan
Blowing towards me and shirt off but still had little night sweat. *Woke
Up in middle of night to put shirt back on and all was fine.

Day 3
250mg/multivit/ALA/grapeseed
Weight: 178
Wow lost 3.5 lbs in 3 days very surprised!! But then again it must be all water weight. Woke up kinda tired and body was little hot. Took EC stack before work and I feel all better now.
Got a complement on my lower stomach lookin flatter. No yellow nut yet lol. Tried on pants that i couldn't fit now it fits but still snug.

Day 4
250mg/multivit/grapeseed/ALA/8oz v8 weight: 177
Lost 1 pound. Last night i slept with my shirt on but in be middle of the night took it off and it was all better. My shirt was a little damp and a little night sweat. Now I have night sweats but nothin like "a pool of sweat". Maybe it's because I'm only on 250mg crystal which equals to 187 pure dnp? Anyways yesterday I went to purchase some v8 splash because I get nausea 30 mins after taking dnp and only last for an hour. I'm hoping v8 will combat this. Also last night I notice little hives around my shoulder area so I took antihistamine (sp?). Not benadryl, it was equate 10mg loradine (sp?). Benadryl makes be feel groggy when I wake up. Also my girl notices heat radiating from my body but I just tell her it's the eca stack. Now I do have some carb craving but not really an uncontrollable crave. But I did eat some
Carbs but only complex carbs (whole wheat bread, brown rice)*

any comments or suggestion greatly appreciated.

I would also like to add that I am on
test cyp 500mg/wk
deca 200mg/wk
proviron 50mg ed

the deca is mainly for my joints. But knowing tha I am using dnp while on cycle I really don't care about my weight loss. It's what looks good in the mirror.

Oh might I add..the proviron is no joke!! I love this stuff! random boners and sex almost everyday. Also no bloat from cycle and my muscle stays hard

Today is first weekend on dnp. I usually use the scale at workto weigh myself. So I will wait until Monday to get my weight. Today I felt like I should try two capsules every 8 hrs. I would do every 12 but personally I think it will affect my sleep. I will see how two caps effect me and then I might stagger off. Sorta like a 2/day then 1/day. *I feel my body has gotten used to the dnp and now I don't sweat as much as day 1 & 2.

Just got back from working out running/walking for about 2 hrs in this blistering heat at the park. Boy lemme tell ya, i was sweating like crazy and did notice my shirt was a bit yellow but nothing too extreme.

I have decided I will start 2 caps tomorrow and stagger off and see how that goes. I just hope I will still have energy to workout and if not I will move back down to 1 caps. I would rather take 1 caps and work out rather than take 2 or 3 caps and sit my ass at home.

I would like to add that my diet isn't too great on the weekends. But I tried my best not to cheat. If I do I would only eat 1 cheat meal a day and work it off the next day. My diet has been good so far haven't been offtrack yet..

I had about 1 mix drink last night and that was all I had. I couldn't resist because my football team was playing and I would rather not drink beer. I did keep myself hydrated by drinking water every 15 mins.

Day 6

I looked in the mirrow this morning and I have notice that my waist is a bit smaller. I slept early last night. Hvent done that in awhile on the weekends.

My diet was horrible today. We went out to eat some wings and had ice cream right after. Today the heat was about 105+ degrees outside and my back was damp all day. When we got home I took another cap, thats a total of 2 for the day. A few hrs after taking the 2nd cap, I felt my body heat rising. As I typing this, there is sweat on my forehead and back but nothing too bad. I just hope my night sweat won't be bad.

I popped a benadryl about an hour ago and getting ready to go to bed to wake up for work and finally weigh myself tomorrow morning. Man I hope I didn't gain any weight due to my diet being off. Tonight the fan will be blowing right at me so I hope that will reduce the sweats. I have notice that my arms and chest is getting more ripped. Tomorrow I will be going back down to 1 caps or maybe stay with 2 caps a day depending how bad the sweats are at night and at work tomorrow. * *
 
i think you are doin good bro. you are playin it smart and keeping track. I think it's a great idea to go with lower dose when you live wher it is so hot outside.

I have been keeping a fan on me and it helps me sleep.

alcohol is not a good idea. did you know that when alcohol is converted in your liver that you body is unable to burn fat for 8 hours? not sure how that works with DNP but it cant be good.

yeah the cravings ... try to do your best. munch on some carrots and you might like the sweet taste.

this is my first dnp cycle and I'm playing it safe. I really don't count calories but I would estimate 2000~2500 calories. I'm 24 yrs old.

yeah I know that alcohol was a bad idea but I also knew i had to keep hydrated. I did not know your body won't be able to burn fat 8hrs due to alchol. Thanks for the info. And I will def will try carrots.
 
In this 100+ degree heat, Im
drenched I'm sweat standing outside for longer than 5 minutes. Also my
workout are normal, I just seem to sweat faster than usual and more. Also
notice my breathing is a little heavier but nothing to noticable.

Day 7
250mg/ALA/multivit/grapeseed
Weight: 176.5
Last night the sweating was outta control. I'm going to stick with just one cap a day. I've only lost .5 lbs during the weekends. Not much else to report other than it's been normal with a little extra heat.

Day 8

No weight loss today. I'm suspecting this maybe water weight. Nothin to reports pretty much a regular day. Full body workout and light cardio.

Day 9

.5 lbs lost. I think my body is getting use to the dnp. I had a slice of pizza today (what's with dnp and pizza!? Must be dnp choice of food) *and a couple minutes later my
body is producing heat like never before. So far my diet has been good throughout the weekday
Except for the pizza! I may have not lost much weight in 3 days but I definately notice a different
