My Epistane Andro log (Iron mag labs)

So I was sent 2 bottles of epistane andro from iron mag labs, and as promised I will provide a log and eventually a video. Not some boring dialog vid either, we are going to make a hardcore training video. Anyways, here is my starting point, I am currently 225 lbs here with clothes on. I will start the Epistane Andro on Monday, in all fairness to the lab I'd like to be off my extreme DMZ and then switch over to Epi Andro for 6-8 wks. My goal is really a recomposition, I'm not really a guy who has a goal weight in mind or a certain lift I'm trying to achieve, I'd really just like to get harder and more volumized. I train conjucately so some weeks I'm doing something like 125 lb dumbbells, and some weeks the heaviest I'm getting on bench press is 225. It really all depends on how I feel and what my energy levels look like. Anyways, thanks to anyone who follows this and I will do my best to give the most honest review I can. With that being said, I am using 200mg/wk test replacement dose, and currently 500/wk EQ, which will run alongside the Epi Andro. I dont use high dosages, but I'm not going to lie to you, I do use some gear. Anyways.........

Just to clarify, this product does not contain epistane but is comparable to androhard!

Good product, a strongman named Wesley Inman had great results on his log at another board

Good shit bro! Def interested to see the results. How did DMZ treat you?

Dude the DMZ has me strong as hell, but I'm running into a few issues with it. #1- brain fog, I do not think clearly at all, I'm in a funk all day. Not something you'd want to use if you had a test coming up or something like that, allow yourself 4-6 wks to be stupid while using it. #2- EXTREMELY lethargic, but I've been this way with alot of shit, especially orals. Anavar is about the only oral that doesnt make me this way. #3- loss of appetite, very little appetite but still strong as hell.

Definitely an OTC steroid, no doubt. I dropped some dbol and started this instead and noticed no difference, felt like I never came off dbol. Only dryer results.

I'm looking forward to trying the Epi-ando, then its going to be a long break from any orals!!!

Note; in fairness to Iron mag, I'm dropping the DMZ first, thats why I'm not starting the log until Monday

thank you, I'll let you in on a little secret. The heaviest I shrug are 45 lb plates in each hand, when the weight is more in line with your traps you can pull your traps higher and squeeze them better. (as opposed to dumbbells hitting your sides and causing the hands to go out more) But plates where I lift have the holes in them to grip em

How many reps do you usually have to do?

I imagine with your cut your doing a ton.

Are you holding at the top for a few secs or continually knocking them out?

Either way it's working!
 
badass man you look fuckin shredded... lookin forward to watching your vid, are you gonna be hitting ten set of ten routine with the 225? that will fuckin bulk you up!!!!:) I was thinking about doing during cycle but I really want to keep raising and probably just do at the end of winter bulk or the start of spring....

pausing at top and squeezing the everloving shit out them!!! Typical sets are 25 reps, I have done as many as 60-70 per set though. All depends on my energy levels

Not sure what I'll be hitting. I just take it day to day, some days I'm training very heavy and some days I'm not. One thing is for sure though, my rep range is usually at least 12 or more, no more maxes or any of that shit

Hell yeah man, I like to keep it at a set of 10 or more when I'm raising unless its to heavy than I will just hit it as many reps for as many sets as I can than move on, although I want to compete in powerlifting for a but just to get noticed before I compete in bb... Congrats on competing...

Do you find being shorter is a disadvantage when competing

no, 5'8-6' is ideal, anything over 6' gets hard because you really have to pack on more mass to look as big as the shorter guys. Anything shorter and its just harder to get noticed next to the taller guy, and sometimes harder to look aesthetic and not so compounded together
