Appetite suppression by the third day
Considerable weight loss the first week
Didn’t like the second week when the food noise came back with a vengeance before the 7th day so I started splitting doses and pinning twice a week
At some point wanted to save a dollar and switched the second dose a week to sema
Have also done some Reta but honestly Tirz has treated me well

May 2024 stats
Have gotten my bmi to 19.4
Lost 50.8% as of yesterday….
I am 5’7” and yesterday weighed 123.6#
Lost 127.6# in 12 months

Congratulations, amazing results! Do you have a constant maintenance dose plan set up, or plan on keeping lifestyle in check then do a fat loss phase once or twice a year? I found a few of my friends had to play around with it until they found what works for them. Some like a low maintenance dose all the time, some come off it all together then go on 6-12 weeks here or there to get back to their desired weight.
