I joined the darkside
My cycle which i will start tomorrow:
Week 1-14 TestE 250mg e5d
Week 1-6 Var 50mg ED
Week 17-20 Nolva 20mg ED
Got and AI on hand but i won't use it if i don't see any sides.
My Stats:
180lbs , 21 years , 5'7 , 13% bodyfat
My goal: Losing bodyfat while gaining some muscle mass. 190lbs at 9% bodyfat would be my ultimate goal for this cycle but thats very hard to achieve.
Using the Var in the beginning as a kickstart to look better and helping me to cut some more fat before Test kicks in. As soon as the test starts kicking i'm switching to a bulk.
4 Weeks cutting followed by 10 weeks of bulking + im going to increase my kcal during pct.
I'm doing the palumbo diet atm. Cardio will be twice a day. 30 minutes every morning on empty stomach and 10-15min HIIT after smashing weights.
Will be doing reducing the Cardio to 20 min every morning when the bulk phase starts.
Weights will be:
Fri: Back + Shoulders + Biceps
Sat:Legs + Calves
Sun:Chest+Tri
Mon:Back+Shoulders + Biceps
Tue: Legs+Calves
Wed: Chest + Tri
Thur: Off
