I can't get enough of the gym right now, went twice yesterday.
Legs and shoulders today, let my woman go out tonight and watching the baby or else I would have gone again tonight.

That TNE from pep I have been blasting pre workout has been making me very aggressive, either that or the tren is starting to take hold...not sure



Been trying to do 20 min medium cardio every day, diet is dialed in pretty well.
Should be pretty drastic results by the time I'm all finished.
 
Well, been 8 days on tren, first 5 days 50 mg ed
Stepped it up to 100mg ed, no sides to speak of.
I hope its not bunk.
I did jump up on bench today 295 for 4 on the 5th set.
But could have just been because I took a few days rest.

Sleeping just fine, in fact kinda lethargic, not pissy with the gf at all.
Putting in an order from one of the srcs on the board to see if it is bunk or underdosed.

Also congrats on becoming a father bro, I just did too so I feel ya on the woes of bein a new parent. I might as well schedule a diaper change into the cool down of my am workout haha.

Ended up going to the gym again tonight after blasting PEPS TNE he sent me.
Did a bunch of deadlifts then Bi's again lol

well, started on ec stack yesterday it makes me extremely tired, I know it doesn't sound right.

Hey Az,

At the end of the day you gotta trust what your buddy tells ya so I respect your decision to cut out the EC stack, but I wanted to bring it back up just because it is one of my favorite tools ever and I really don't you to possibly miss out on the benefits it could have to your goals specifically.

Also, I've been around a lotta different stims and I've experienced grogginess as you've explained from a stimulant before (adrafanil in particular). What I found is that too high of doses of certain stims would make my body race but my head would fill with fog and I would yawn constantly.

How did you run the EC?

Through my trials I settled on 12.5mg E with ~125mg C every 2 hours, 6 times a day, being the best for me. With Ephedra's ~4hr half life this keeps the total stim effect to a minimum while avoiding big peaks and valleys too. Another option that is more similar to my current approach is to save EC stack for post cycle. It really helps save strength and motivation while cycling off and I love it for this purpose.

If you can get it to work for ya I think you'll love the end result. At the end of the day though if you personally don't like it, then yeah don't waste your time on it. Different strokes for different folks brother. Keep up the good work!

No, I just got the TNE from him and tried it a few times, then the floater issue come up and I stopped.
 
well, I'm now cruising on 200mg a week of test c currently in the cut phase of my cycle.
Changed my workout up to 5x10's fucking sore as hell all last week form it.
Definitely lost some size from coming off the deca, but I'm leaning out pretty good.

Not a whole lot else to report right now, just working on getting cut up.
 
So. I decided that I'm going to start PCT in 3 weeks instead of staying on for as long as I had originally planned.
I have had some great gains, strength, size, fat lost.

For those of you following along I will post some final pics here at the end of the 3 weeks to compare to the other progress pics ive posted.
I'm switching over to prop a for the final 2 weeks, going to ease into it as the test c clears.

my workouts have been 5x10's for a few weeks now to try and cut up a bit.
just want to stay on but I know its for the best to come off for a bit.
