First up, STATS

31 m
5'8 or 5'9
191 lbs (taken 3-4 days ago), up 13 pounds already.

been involved in athletics and martial arts since age 14. Wrestling, Marines, Krav, BJJ, MMA, Crossfit.

Many cycles under my belt, mostly for athletic performance. This is my first go at getting above 190 lbs. Have generally fluctuated between 160-180.

The initial cycle:

I was originally planning the following.

  • Anadrol 50 mg wk 1-4
  • Deca 500 mg wk 1-15
  • Test E 600 mg wk 1-15

I am entering week 3 and the deca sides are too much... primarily the moodiness, lack of energy, lack of sexual interest, no appetite. So I am revising my cycle.

The new hotness!

  • Bold Cyp 600 mg wk 1-16
  • Deca 300 mg wk 1-16
  • Test E 600 mg wk 1-16

Titrating the deca to a 1:2 ratio will help alleviate some of my issues, as will the addition of the Bold. The total mg is a little on the high side for me, but then again this is my first true mass cycle.

I intend to get bloods done around week 6 of the new cycle timeline. This will allow the deca levels to normalize into the new dosages.

Will get new weigh in tomorrow. And I will update this when I remember to.

Pep's drol works well. 50 mg daily was more than enough to give me significant growth. Even to the point where connective tissue in arms and shoulders were screaming at me earlier last week as the temperature dropped. As such it has been a light training week and I still weighed in at 193 today.

I am noticing a slight increase in hardness from the bold, no hunger yet, and no vo2 gains. I expect these to come around week 3 along with a much higher hardness level.
 
Due to circumstances with a source on board going AWOL last weeks pinning was screwed up.

Starting this week I am pinning Mondays and Thursdays to keep blood levels stable.
 
Weighed in at 193 today, no shoes or socks today. Muscle definition is increasing still from the Bold Cyp. No hunger yet.

Hit a decent stability and mobility workout today.
 
Lots of CrossFit and stability workouts this week. Was able to sneak in some MMA training as well. All workouts went well. Will get new weight on Monday
 
I used PEPs anadrol at 100mg a day (yes its hard on my liver) but I am an anadrol junkie! I was a mad man on his anadrol, bench up 50lbs in a week!
 
I'm only on 50mg daily of his adrol, AND I NEVER BENCH. We did a max effort bench press@ body weight. I managed 10 reps before failing. AND I NEVER EFFING BENCH... EVER.

Anadrol make you strooong
 
An update. Am holding steady around 195, even after completing the anadrol run. Body comp is still changing, so losing fluid and fat while gaining muscle.

Have changed dosages a little.

750 mg test e
800 mg bold cyp
375 deca
Added 15 mg l-dex eod

The bolden hunger HIT HARD today. Cannot stop eating.

Strength still increasing, new prs on all lifts. Metcons and combat sports getting easier with faster recovery, can go almost 6 days of training before a rest day is needed, and usually for joints.


Still wish I had a little more hardness, thinking of adding some Anavar to help with that.
 
Yesterday's workout went great. Today was an extended met-con and I suffered considerably. I'm sure it was a combination of added weight and the thanksgiving goodies. Maybe I'll take a rest day tomorrow.
 
Still holding strong at 195. This is a good target weight for me.

Added 60 mg anavar to help make positive changes in body comp.
