Hello guys

As I have already introduced myself, you know that I used to do martial arts (kickboxing) and always weighed around 80 kg (176lbs). As I get older (38), it becomes more and more difficult in fighting sports to compete with younger guys in the ring. That's why I found my passion hobby Bodybuilding and fitness, I've been training natural for 15-20 years before that and I've been enhanced for almost 5 weeks now. I still do kickboxing (sparring) in the morning at the dojo as a cardio and in the evening I'm lifting weights.

Currently test 400/week, 50mg Var, 20mg Ostarine, 75 S4, recently 10-20mg Inject. Dbol/day. HCG every 4 days. I am accompanied by a prof. coach, what I recommend to all cycle beginners.

The pic in my profile is after a short tbol only cycle (5weeks) and this picture here is from yesterday...sober, in the morning, no pump....weight = 93kg (205lbs)

Hi, we talked over your introduction. I'm gonna follow your log. Good job, I think it will be interesting one.

Good physique already, you will benefit a lot from your - first real steroid cycle. Think of Turinabol you took before as a warm up.

You also look bigger than your weight suggests, which is awesome.

Thx mate!! Appreciate your answer very much!! I took tbol to get my hands "dirty" with roids (first contact). It's not the best advise to start with an oral only cycle at all! Nevertheless, many fighters / martial artists do this. Think about Jon Jones (heavyweight class MMA UFC).

A lot of people thought i was heavier, i think that's because i weighed 55/60kg (120-130lbs) as a young boy and therefore have a rather thin bone structure.

Would you say your body fat levels have changed much after 5 weeks on cycle to your peak condition while kickboxing?

I definitely agree with @lukiss96 on looking bigger than your weight, although some more pictures would give everyone a better overall picture of where you are at.

Definitely lean enough to blow up and that injectable Dbol will throw some fast weight on over the next few days just watch your BP.. Are you running that Pre workout?

What does your workout routine look like?

Will be following this log I can forsee some great gainz!!

Well I have a fat measuring scale at home, but I still think it is very inaccurate, although it is measured the resistance from hand to foot, but the value remains the same, I am still at about 15-17% bf.

I will post some more pics the coming days....Appreciate your words very much, thx mate!

The injec. Dbol: I pin 10mg in the morning, and 10mg as a PWO. BUT I think it takes 2-3hrs until the full concentration reaches the bloodstream and you can feel it in the training, that's why I pin one in the morning and one later on before workout, if I take a rest day I pin only once.

I approach everything very carefully, measuring my BP everyday, my bloodsugar every morning and evening. Running a lot of Supps for Heart, Kidneys and Liverprotection.

I have a very structured life, I love the routine and that's a must when you are on cycle I guess.

Well my workout routine started with the cycle like it was the last 15 years a a natty :) I did push&pull, shoulder&arms, legs. And of course every morning sparring, running, skipping rope.

But with the weeks I'm started to split more, now I do push&triceps, pull&biceps, shoulder&traps, legs. So I can train close to every musclegroup twice a week BUT maybe I will try a bigger split: push, pull, shoulder, arms, legs...I still don't know what's best for me. My coach says as long as I'm making progres in reps and weights it doesn't depends in my current state.

I would not believe your scales haha and definitely get some more pics posted you can get a few estimations from the guys here..

I have definitely felt injectable Dbol alot quicker.. I used to go 25mg 1.5hours pre workout but whatevers working for you bro..

Great to hear someone looking after their health aswell.. Aslong as everything is in check you are fine to push..

Absolutely my friend too many people waste time on cycle when they don't have anything in check and planned out..

You definitely have the discipline in the gym to do what you have done for 15 years so I can't see the new training splits been any bother for you at all.. Your coach should keep you right through everything if he has good track record listen to what he says and trust the process..
 
Just go my bloodwork back from this morning! I'm very happy about my LDL & HDL, they're still in range! My Kreatinin is just slightly above. My free test is at 1500ng/dl (natty is 900) I thought it would be higher. My Kalium is at 5.2 what is 0.1 over the range. And now the shock LDH, GOT & GPT is very high. E2 is at 346pmol/l but I have no sides from it like acne or gyno because my Prolactin is in range.

Im in on Test an var for 6weeks now and added inj. dbol 10days ago, I will stop the dbol....don't like that shit. on two days I will switxh from 50mg var to 100mg mast. eod. Diet works fine, strength is amazing! BUT I switch to a 5 Split training, Legs, Push,Pull,Shoulder and Arms. Doing Cardio daily. Weight sober in the morning = 93kg (still).

I'm shocked you are the same weight after this amount of time.. What has your coaches thoughts been on this?

I would up the Test to 600mg per week.. Go with the Mast at 100mg eod and take a break from orals for a while.. You will start to see growth so don't go jeopardising your appetite for a few Orals..

What are your thoughts about the weight staying? Would you say you have dropped any BF?

I'd be taking a look at the diet or maybe holding back a bit on cardio..
 
I'm not a big fan of elevating gear just to gain weight, nutrition is first...eat and grow. I'm eating between 3500-4000 calories a day. The results are good, progress in strength, progress in muscle mass (measuring with tape) and lost bf.
 
Just curious why you are using ostarine and S4? Seems like you have access to much better AAS. Ostarine is very weak and not very effective and S4 can have nasty side effects and is also pretty weak.

I was curious, and yes you're right I have much better AAS & Sarms here in my basement, I stoped with the S4 and Ostarine few days ago, I'm happy that I don't take any orals from now on. Just Mast. as my DHT and for sure my test base.

I didn't felt anything from ostarine or/and S4.

I wasn't sure why you would even bother with those when you were taking Oxandralone, which is far superior in every way. Of all the Sarms those two are absolutely the crappiest ones with the most side effects. Mast is awesome. Looking forward to your updates and will be following along.
 
Great job bud. And this Is how it's supposed to be before jumping on gear. Build your base, build your gym and nutrition knowledge...then hit it. Good luck!

Ps and don't forget leg day! If you want true mass you must work legs. Learn to enjoy the pain.

Hey mate! Thank you for the nice words! Appreciate that very much.

I do legs once or two a weeks, Heavy Bench Squats, Deep controlled Squats, Vertical Leg Press, LEg Extension, Leg Curls, Calves.... But indeed my legs are the weakest point...they are fast from 15-20years of kickboxing and jump rope but they are not big like they should be, and I broked my right shin in a fight 10years ago, since then I have asymmetrical quad muscles......need to work on it. o_O
 
Update Weight is now 94.3kg (sober) = 208lbs. Just checked my protocol, on 10.11 (start date) I was 86.6kg (191lbs).

BP is great 132/78/69 (left), 104/71/72 (right). And Blood Sugar 87mg/dl. Very happy about that. Everything works fine.

Feeling like superman and hulk in every movement I do, people look at me and starring.....relatives are shocked (positive and negative)....haha...I don't care....:cool:

unfortunately i've been ill for over a week, i have a bad cough, a cold and sometimes fever over night! I hate this weather! That's why I only have this photo for you, it's a week old. As soon as I'm fit again, I'll come up with a clean posing picture.
