Who's Victor Martinez?

Newbie comes forward with circular theory. Yeah, you know, forearms are a bitch and a half to stimulate for hypertrophy reasons. If it isn't dealt in the cards (a.k.a. genetics) then good luck making them grow. I found that working forearms on their own doesn't add any quality mass (remember, special ed side of the gene pool, here), but sure makes them a lot stronger! With stronger forearms, I tend to be able to lift heavier weights with back. Well, apparently that much weight is the amount to stimulate hypertrophy in the forearms. Don't get me wrong, I still got little bitch forearms- the apple doesn't far fall from the tree no matter how hard you train. I wouldn't, however, have been able to grip that much weight while training back, if I hadn't trained forearms by themselves. See how that nice little circle works?
Maybe it doesn't work. Maybe I'm wasting time instead of going over my speech due tomorrow. That's probably it.......yeah.
