My total/free test

I got the new lvls guys......this test was taken after my 3rd shot..... the day b4 my next shot in the morning......they were from quest and i don't have the ranges i will try and dig them up....tell me how they look and if i need to adjust my dose...... all other tests looked fine...im still waiting on estrodiol...dht and sort though......

T=656, % Free T=2.28, Free T=149.9

100mg cyp/week........ and no hcg

Looks like your free test is nice now and total in certainly a decent range. Out of curiosity what were your baselines? Did you start with a low total T but decent free %?

i don't remember off the top of my head what my free was when i started..... i know my test was 291(peak) though.....is that free test really good or should i work on that?........ yes i feel alot better but im not 100% there..... i would love to see my estradiol and dht...... i have a gut feeling the estradiol is little high......even though my body fat has gone down my nipples are still puffy sometimes...and looks like might be holding alittle water...............who knows though.........we will see .................. should i leave those test lvls where they are and add in hcg? these were all my lvls the day b4 my shot............

I don't know. I'd like to see the ranges and the DHT. When my total test came in at middle of the range, but free and bioavailable test were high, Swale maintained the dose of cyp and put me on HCG 250iu 2x per week.

i will have DHT and est some time next week........ i'm hoping they both come back in a normal range............ if anything has to be high i hope it;s the estrogen....that can be fixed without a prob........... are my lvls supposed to be that high the day b4 my next shot though...... i feel alot better then i did........................

22....never did any AAS cycle....only a 1ad/4ad cycle with pct..atleast 9 months ago or more..need hrt because of cancer..............

are u on hcg though....because those are my lvls without it......... my psa is only. .3 ...........i will have estradiol and dht lvls next week

testicular......... and so far so good it's been about 7 months now........ seeing how that is my lvl for the day b4 the next shot...would u all adjust it in anyway b4 i add in hcg.................

My wife was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, so I have been a real bookworm on that subject as of late. It is my understanding that cancer eats and grows on hormones and sugar, and you can actually starve it to some degree thru diet and hormone blockers. Is there not a concern regarding you doing HRT or are you totally replacing T because you can no longer produce it?

t replacement is not contradicted in patients with testicular cancer. breast cancer is estrogen related as prostate cancer gets fueld by testosterone. however,testosterone DOES NOT cause prostate cancer,it only accelerates the growth of pre-existing tumors. there has been speculation that prostate cancer is more prevalent in men with lower levels. it seems that the higher ratio of estrogen somehow makes the prostate more sensative to dht. this is something i read recently.

From my understanding about this is low test can fuel the the cancer........ i have read a few studies that say people with low test have a higher chance of cancer........ test , dht or estrogen wont make testicular cancer worse...it's cause by bad cells in the testis which for some reason your body don't destroy... some cancers like breast cancer are fueled by higher estrogen that is why they give nolvadex (i believe) to the patients to block the receptors............ prostate cancer is said to be fueled by dht........ but some tests have shown that low test can cause it and i have read one that says estrogen could be the cause of it... u notice prostate cancer is in older men with lower lvls of test........ HGH however can help what ever cancer in your body grow... but only if there is some there.......... i'm no doctor but this is all i know from researching it......... i believe i had low test long b4 my cancer was found........... my doctor is a cancer spec... and he has no prob with me on hrt.... ok there is my book........
