NAD+ dosing?

Hey guys,


I’m looking to get some real-world feedback on NAD+ protocols, specifically injectable/subQ since that’s what seems popular in enhanced circles for recovery, energy, and anti-aging benefits.


I’ve seen a ton of conflicting info:

Vigorous Steve recommends something like 25mg subQ daily for steady levels and performance/longevity.
On the other hand, I’ve heard claims that higher doses (like 100-500mg+) can significantly help with fat loss – almost like it “melts” stubborn fat by boosting metabolism/mitochondria.


What are you guys running? Daily low-dose (20-50mg subQ)? Higher doses a few times a week? Loading phases?


Any noticeable effects on energy, recovery from training, body comp/fat loss, or bloodwork markers?
 
I am on 30mg/day subq. Seems to work really well for my energy levels with 10mg methlyene blue during a light cut for the next few months before spring. That is what I am running right now.
 
I take 50 mg SQ every other day along with oral NMN every day as I do glutathione the days I am not taking NAD+ to minimize pins each day. Seems to help with the energy levels despite stopping TRT recently and being in calorie deficit.
