I'm 20 years old, I'm not on any AAS/Nor have I used AAS. But I'm looking for some general advice. If you want some more in-depth on why i'm here you can consult my introduction, But I recently got bloodwork and from my understanding all my panels are pretty perfect/really solid except...

My test and E2 levels are super low.
I know alot of wise people dwell on this forum, and I would like some general advice on how to approach this....

Wow, you're definitely in TRT territory. Are you having low T symptoms?

Probably time for an endocrinologist, you appear to be legitimately hypogonadal.

What is your diet, sleep, stress like? Are you eating enough fats to actually make hormones? etc.

Due to my family neglecting their health growing up, my health was neglected as well. At 17 years old I was 300 pounds @ 5'6 and had around 100ng/dl test levels (I paid for this bloodwork while working because my parents didn't give a fuck) I'm now around 20 160 pounds and I had wishful thinking that losing weight would bring my test levels up, but I had looking into low e2/test signs over the last few months and I check off every box. Depressive episodes, Joints fucking hurt after everylift no matter how much I recover, the whole laundry list pretty much. Figuring this out now kinda scares me because I really could have been living a entirely different life (Or normal one) and this could have been affecting it.

Eating at around 2800 cals, 1g/Lb protien .5-.7g/Lb Fats, Rest carbs
stress is high just due to the field of work im in
sleep is great 8-9 hours most days 7-8 on rare circumstances (from what I can tell without proper testing)

Congrats on rerouting onto the right path, bruh. And the weight loss! That's something to be proud of. The good news is aside from the T&E, your labs look good.

Before you jump on, you need to know it's forever, and to exhaust all other options first. That said, your sex hormones are low as fuck, and you'll probably feel way better on TRT.

In your situation, seeing an endocrinologist is probably the best place to start, rather than self-prescribing UGL shit and diving headfirst. You may have some other issue going on that we can't diagnose over the internet.

Good luck!

Agree with what's been said so far. You want to have a full endocrine work-up to be sure that it's primary hypogonadism (rather than due to something else), at which point you can make a decision about how to proceed.

I would still do as much research as you can. Endocrinologists like to fuck around with HCG, clomid, etc. to try to get the body's natural system going. Can't say i've heard any success stories form that approach. If it is determine that Test replacement is what you need, go with it.

I think testing TSH, LH, FSH and Prolactin are very important here. Why testosterone so low? Because severe hypothyroidism? Because of a prolactinoma? Because your LH is low? Test them and then go from there

Congrats on losing that weight bro! Ik how hard that shit can be.

I was in a very similar position as you - grew up overweight, at my heaviest was 240lbs when I turned 18. Lost a ton of weight drug free over the course of a year and got down to 170, but at 19 my total test was 300(never got E2 checked). Technically in the normal range, but had all the classic low T symptoms. Did everything I could for a few months to try and naturally get it up, and when I retested it didn't budge. I'd suspect my thyroid hormones were also crashed too but unfortunately never got them checked. Got on trt at 20 and felt insanely better and don't regret it.

I think you'd benefit from getting a more comprehensive panel and then going to see an endo - like maybe get your FT3/FT4/TSH, prolactin, Iron studies, CRP, LH/FSH, etc to see if there's any other underlying issues. Hope u get that shit figured out bro!
