Natty baseline and post cycle blood work

Hi all, I got my post cycle blood work from my first cycle.

I started HCG at week 3 of a 12 week cycle. I maintained HCG through week 16. I started pct on week 17 for 1 month. Clomid 50/50/25/25 and Nolva 20/20/10/10. Waited 2 months and 3 weeks to get post cycle bloodwork.

Natty Baseline bloods(lab 1) - Free Test 100 pg/ml, Total Test 580 ng/dl, E2 13.8 pg/ml, LH 5.1 (1.7-8.6), FSH 8.8(1.5-12.4), PSA .8 (0.0-4.0)

Post Cycle bloods (lab 2) - Free Test 83.6pg/ml, Total Test 611 ng/dl, E2 20 pg/ml , LH 2.6 (1.5-9.3), FSH 6.7 (1.6-8.0), PSA .63 (0.0-4.0)

I'm wondering due to my LH being around half of my natty baseline numbers, is it safe to shut my hpta down again even though it looks like I fully recovered? Also I'm curious as to why my Total Test would be higher than baseline when my LH is half of baseline.

You look nicely recovered. LH is subject to some diurnal variation. In any case, looks good.

So in your opinion, it's safe to shut down hpta again?
The HPG axis is resilient but cardiac morphological changes and diastolic function doesn't return to baseline for much longer. No opinion on what you do just sharing another consideration beyond HPG axis functioning.

I skimmed over this quick, looks like you had a good recovery, in my opinion i would have went 6 weeks min and tier down the clomid and novaldex or drop one and keep the other for the 2 weeks. Other then that you did it correctly and with droping the hcg at the right time like you did was right, so your lh could fire.

Your lh is a bit low but your testosterone is in the 19ng/dl range so thats decent for a male in there 30s to 40s. Lh can be a one off to , so its not a huge huge concern. You coukd test it in a week and it could be up 2 points, it is on the low side though. There also coukd be other contributing factors as well. Did your thyroid recover etc as an example, on cycle can effect peoples thyroids which in return can also lower your lh, this coukd be that case or it could be something else.

I wouldn't think to hard on it at the moment you did recover well.

I was on for 2 years and i did a proper pct and i bounced back fully from being on gear for that long. Honestly depends on the person and you have to look at everything and how it effects you.

Thanks for your input.

Can you elaborate?

So I should be fine with starting another cycle then? I'd like to start on Monday.

Unfortunately I'm not sure.
When your done your 4 weeks then , Then add 2 more weeks of just 20mg nova a day. To give you 6 weeks.

I dont see an issue starting another cycle, if all your other health markers are in check, full cbc , lipid and thyroid markers would be good to have.

If youve not checked all your other health markers then anyone is just guessing saying your good to start.

but your main question , is it too early to shut down your lh again. My answer would no thats not an issue if you pct properly, and get all your other markers in check. Id definitely start watching your ft4 / ft3 and tsh and cbc panel and lipid panel.

Most of my other markers are within range. I only have a couple things out of range. It wouldn't be a good idea to then shut back down, if I don't know TSH, T3 and T4?

Far as thyroid panel i wouldnt not cycle because you dont have those labs, just add it to furture labs.

You've got some blood abnormalities, and some cholesterol markers out of range.

Fish oils some good oils coconut oils extra Virgini olive oil is good . Citurs bergamot etc these can help in that department.

The blood abnormalities would take more digging, and more lab work id be guessing on those looks like you could have had infection or cold or high stress, its really hard to tell from that.
