Is there really a way to make good agains naturally? I have been working out for ten years, two cycles, and am 5'11, 240lbs 25yrs old. I am starting up again and would like to know if there is a way to get gains naturally and not be sore for a week after each workout?
There is information in this (training) forum that will give you three awesome options for natural gains. 1) HST, 2) 5x5 (look in the tribute to JohnSmith sticky), and 3) Dual-Factor Hypertrophy Training. Each is a great program set up a little bit differently, but all produce results.
